The Neighborhood Lawyer. This column is an opportunity
to ask a lawyer about neighborhood stuff. You may write in and ask what
you can do about those noisy neighbors, that tree that is hanging over
into your yard, the garage that is being used as an apartment, the car
in the front yard next door, the common fence that desperately needs
repairs, and other neighborhood quality of life concerns. Please send
your question and the Neighbhorhood Lawyer may just pick yours to write
about!
