Official Adams Avenue Street Fair Press Release
This year's Adams Avenue Street Fair, Southern California's largest FREE
two-day music festival, will take place Saturday, September 24, 10:00 am -
9:00 pm, and Sunday, September 25, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, on Adams Avenue,
located in the Normal Heights community of San Diego. The event is open to
all-ages.
The Street Fair will feature more than 70 musical artists performing on
six stages spread out over an eight-block radius. Attendees will enjoy a
variety of music, including blues, roots-rock, World, Latin jazz & salsa
and alt-country. Among the artists set to perform are the Hacienda
Brothers, Nortec Collective,
The Bell-Rays, Big Sandy & The Fly Rite Boys, Transfer, Quetzal and
legendary blues artist Pinetop Perkins. In addition to the incredible
music, there will be three beer gardens, giant carnival rides, and more
than 400 food, arts and craft vendors.
